Create Product In OMS

Before shipping products to the warehouse for inbound processing, users must enter crucial product details, such as the SKU, into the Global Connect Platform. If the SKU is not registered in the platform, attempts to create an inbound order through the API will result in an error.

Create Inbound Order

An inbound order is issued to notify the warehouse of impending product deliveries. Upon receipt, warehouse operators will verify the contents against the order list. If the items match, they will update the inbound order to confirm that the products have been properly stored, allowing for accurate inventory management. Otherwise, users will be contacted to discuss about the next step as well as solution.
